As a Business Process Analyst I discovered my passion for streamligned processes with Agilent Technologies. A company at the forefront of advanced instruments, software, consumables, and services to enable its customers to produce the most accurate and reliable results as well as optimal scientific, economic, and operational outcomes.

Johnson & Johnson Consumer Health Care
(Switzerland, Germany, UAE)

As a Demand Planning Manager I was the team leader of demand planning and material master, and acquired operational demand planning skills using SAP APO-DP.
Throughout my employment I served in two distinct clusters: DASHB (Germany, Austria, BeNeLux), located in Germany, and MENAP (Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan), based in the UAE. In these roles, I was entrusted with overseeing and optimizing key performance indicators, including OTIF, MAPE & Bias, DoS, SLOB, and complexity.

Achievements:
S&OP design and implementation in 2 regional clusters.
Demand planning in 2 different root-to-market clusters.
Implementation of statistical forecast in MENAP.
Implementation of SAP APO-DP and -SNP for distributor markets.
Implementation of SAP APO-DP in Switzerland

For my exceptional performance within the SAP implementation project in Switzerland, I received the Global Standards of Leadership Award.

Carlsberg Supply Company AG (Switzerland)

During my tenure as a Global Senior Demand Planning Manager within the Center of Excellence (CoE), I assumed multiple pivotal roles driving forward the optimization of demand planning processes. Serving as the functional lead, I spearheaded the successful implementation of a cutting-edge demand planning software, supplanting the antiquated SAP APO-DP system.

Additionally, I assumed the mantle of project lead in a digital transformation project and undertook the responsibility of being a global trainer for demand planning, imparting essential skills and knowledge across diverse teams within an APICS environment.

These multifaceted roles were complemented by a series of achievements that underscored our commitment to operational excellence:
Selection of a solution provider and E2E planning tool.
Introduction of machine learning in demand planning.
Global harmonization of demand planning process.
Demand Planning maturity assessment.
Implementation of global demand planning community.
